After experiencing several client issues and discovering through various forums that this is a known problem, we decided to create our own app to address it. Our solution is designed to be straightforward: you just need to install it on your end, and we'll handle a bit of setup on our end. Once that's done, all VideoAsk submissions will automatically be integrated into HubSpot.

Once your data is in HubSpot, it's time to take action.
You can manage this directly from the VideoAsk submission or redirect it to a HubSpot meeting link. The contact details can be pre-filled from the VideoAsk entry, saving your customers from entering their information twice.
From there, we can create one or more deals as needed, transferring any or all of the Typeform properties into the deal.
